„You can‘t see the taste“

2020 - 2022

"The taste is in the foreground and the product is the star". This is the credo of most (top) chefs. FOOD-iD is my attempt to deal with this guiding principle, from the point of view and with the means of a photographer. The minimalistic structure is meant to focus on the product and its value and, in the best case, lead to a more conscious and sustainable approach to food. The taste is not visible, so I focus on the colors and textures that give each product its own identity. The set is designed to support or accompany colors and textures in a converging or contrasting way.
